CSIP Continuous School Improvement Plan
We are excited to present the updated Wellington-Napoleon R-IX Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP). The CSIP was developed through a collaborative process of district stakeholders involving students, staff, administration, school board, and parents. The CSIP is the guiding document for school decision making moving forward; reflecting the mission, vision, values, and priority focus areas for the school district. Please join us in celebrating our mission, Students First for a Better Tomorrow, as we strive to educate and prepare our students for the future.
The CSIP Committee was initially formed in November of 2022 to guide the strategic direction of the Wellington-Napoleon R-IX School District. The CSIP committee has reconvened on a biennial basis in May of 2024 and most recently in October of 2025 to update goals and priorities for the district. See the updated CSIP at the links below.
